Steps

 First, mix the flour, cocoa and sugar in a saucepan.
 Add the milk to the mixture and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat. Keep stirring during the
cooking process.

 After that, remove it from the heat before you add the vanilla.

 Finally, put the serving dishes into the refrigerator for two hours.
