Turkey is famous for its traditional meals like ‘Döner Kebap’. It consists
of grilled meat (usually lamb, beef or chicken). It has its origin in Turkey,
but you can find it in other countries, too. People believe that the Turks
invented döner originally when the Turkish soldiers used their swords
to grill meat over open-field fires. Different from past times, now cooks
put pieces of meat on a big skewer and roast it by turning it next to the
grill. They cut thin pieces from the meat with a big knife, when people
order Döner. They wrap this döner in ‘lavaş’ , a special thin bread; and add
tomato slices, onions and lettuce. They usually season it with salt and hot
red pepper if people prefer them.
Which of the following is WRONG according to the text?
A) Turkish Döner is a famous traditional meal.
B) Cooks serve Turkish Döner in lavaş with some other ingredients.
C) You can eat Döner kebap only in Turkey.
